FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: pad for breast pump comprises a resilient flexible insert configured to receive the user's breast, a housing capable of attaching to a breast pump, at that, the insert can be mounted on the housing, and a controller configured for user control to change the insert shape. The housing has a narrow inner end for attachment to the breast pump, as well as a wider outer end through which it is possible to introduce the breast into the pad. The first end of the flexible insert is fixedly mounted on the wider outer end of the housing and the second end of the insert extends through the housing towards its inner end. The controller includes an adjusting cuff, placed on the inner end of the housing. The second end of the insert is in contact with the cuff, made so that the rotation relative to the housing in one direction moves it axially towards the said wider outer end of the housing to compress the insert axially thereby changing its shape. A breast pump with a pad is disclosed.

EFFECT: invention provides pad adjustment to match the shape and size of breast without removal therefrom.
