FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of construction materials and is intended for application as binder in composition of protective coatings on metal, concrete, wood, wood-shaving materials, fibreglass, as well as component of compositions for adhesive compounds. Raw material mixture includes in wt %: phosphorus compounds, in terms of orthophosphoric acid (100%) 15-45, zinc or its compounds in terms of zinc oxide (100%) 6-14, calcium compounds in terms of calcium oxide (100%) 0.5-3.5, boron compounds in terms of boric acid (100%) 0.1-3.0, nitrogen compounds in terms of nitric acid (100%) 7-18, fluorine compounds in terms of sodium fluoride (100%) 0.1-2.0, surface-active substances 0.2-2, water - the remaining part.
EFFECT: increased protective properties of coatings based on phosphate binder in accordance with invention, as well as simplification of technology of binder production with preservation of other properties, including physical-mechanical and technological ones.
