FIELD: building materials production; manufacturing of protective-decorative coating for metal, concrete, wood, woody plate materials, asbestos cement; manufacturing of adhesive materials. SUBSTANCE: composition for protective-decorative coating comprises, mas. %: phosphate binder, 7-17; pigment, 1-4; filler, 4-30; surfactant, 0.4-1.2; latex, 25-55; at least one component being chosen of aerosil, silica filler, clay, hydrolyzed acrylate and oligoester maleinate, 0.2-2; foam quenching agent, 0.1-1.2.; water, the balance. At least one component being chosen of titanium dioxide, ferrum oxide, chromium oxide, carbon black, powdered aluminium, powdered zinc, spinel or mixed oxides which include chromium or cobalt or nickel or mixture thereof, for example, cobalt chromate, nickel titanate, compound being similar to CaO•2Al₂O₃•Cr₂O₃•ZnO, together with phosphates and chromates (for example, chromium phosphate and barium chromate) is used as mentioned above pigment. At least one component being chosen of oxides, for example, silicium oxide, silicates, for example, talc, mica, powdered clay filler, powdered schamotte, schungite, acid slag, slime of flotation of ores which comprise silicium oxides, ferrum oxides and titanium oxides, acid ash-fly, barium sulfate, phosphorous gypsum and mixture of these components is used as mentioned above filler.
