FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes exposing vodka in an open container with depth of less than 10 cm to sound compositions for 30 minutes. Five audio schemes recorded on a digital medium and representing a group of frequencies in the audible spectrum are used. In scheme 1, on a fundamental tone background, 5 frequencies are sounded, said frequencies being arranged in a certain order relative to each other in the high singer's formant (HSF) zone of 2500-4500 Hz with a constant peak amplitude in the region of the third overtone relative to the fundamental tone with duration of 5 cycles measuring 3/8 on vowel "I". In scheme 2, on the fundamental tone background on vowel "I", 6 frequencies are sounded with duration of 3 cycles measuring 3/4, said frequencies uniformly arranged relative to each other with a constant amplitude of the third overtone and peak amplitude of the fifth overtone in the HSF zone with gradual inclusion, in the second cycle, of one more frequency - the seventh in the flight region higher than 7000 Hz via movement through cavities higher than maxillary and frontal sinuses. Scheme 3 includes gradual inclusion of frequencies higher than the fundamental tone on the entire spectrum measuring 2/4 through vocalisation of a sequence of vowels, beginning with "I" and ending with "U" and back (I-E-A-O-U-O-A-E), which, in the first cycle, are grouped by sixteenth durations, in the second cycle by eight durations when repeating vowels I-E-A-O in one breath without any pauses, in the third cycle the vowel "U" ends the sound composition with half duration. Scheme 4 includes incorporation of vowel "U" to vowel "I" with subsequent transformation thereof into vowel "YU" under the condition of simultaneous sounding thereof with inclusion of frequencies higher and lower than the fundamental tone and forming a group of frequencies in the flight region, performed with gradual acceleration of intralobar pulsation by emphasising shorter durations measuring 2/4 of the duration of 3 cycles. Scheme 5 comprises the inclusion of a second voice and fusion into an ensemble with gradual dynamic input and thinning out of sound through smooth switching from the lower chest cavity to the highest head voice, with subsequent passage through all cavities and filling frequencies in other zones, i.e. from the low singer's formant (LSF) to the HSF under the condition of maintaining frequencies in the flight region in a high tempo, measuring 4/4, with duration of 3 cycles and a rhythmic pattern described by triplets.
EFFECT: high quality of vodka by improving organoleptic properties thereof.
