FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and method of filling containers, in particular to systems and methods of manufacture, assembly, transportation and filling several components used to create containers and similar devices. According to the method of filling the cartridges containing one or more packets, a packet (130) is placed on the support. The first half (230) of the cartridge is mounted over the packet and the support. The packet and the first half of the cartridge is mounted on the second half (220) of the cartridge to form the cartridge (360). The cartridge is moved to the filling unit and the packet is filled to the cartridge. The system of filling containers comprises a system of transporting packets, a pallet of packets and cartridges. The packet transfer unit is designed for mounting the packet from the system of transporting packets on the pallet of packets and cartridges. The device for removal of cartridge is used for mounting the first half of the cartridge on the packet and the second half of the cartridge on the pallet of packets and cartridges. The device of cartridge assembly is designed for mounting the first half of the cartridge in the packet on the second half of the cartridge.
EFFECT: system and method enable to fill quickly the containers with micro-ingredients and carry out automatically assembling and filling the containers.
