The clamps from the outer side are discretely located on spiral, and stalks of vine are temporarily placed in them to their complete ripening. After ripening the stalks of vine, the lower guiding wire together with the cassette is moved and located over the upper guiding wire and the stalks of vine are temporarily placed in the cassette to their complete ripening. This procedure is carried out to the level of formation of vine crown.
EFFECT: creation of a sustainable additional support in the form of vertically oriented vine trunk to retain the entire crown of vine.
