SUBSTANCE: this device comprises data processing unit, fuel consumption counters with magnetically operated sealed switch and pulse generator. Note here that said counters with magnetically operated sealed switch are fitted in pipeline feeding fuel to high-pressure fuel pump, in pipeline of excess fuel drain from high-pressure fuel pump, in pipeline to drain excess fuel from ICE fuel atomisers and are connected via ADCs with data processing unit.
