SUBSTANCE: drive contains control circuit switching on relay, fullwave rectifier, summators, electric motor control unit, comparators, controlled DC motor, uncontrolled irreversible pump, hydraulic reservoir, four-way three-position electrohydraulic control valve with spring alignment, actuator, where between fullwave rectifier output and summator to the input of which positive displacement signal is fed, summator to the input of which negative displacement signal is fed and half-wave rectifier are connected in series. Absolute magnitude of displacement signals are equal to absolute magnitude of minimum comparator operation signals.

EFFECT: reliable operation of pump and electric motor in starting mode.
