SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the determination of treatment-related data for the introduction of at least one drug to a patient, to be treated. Claimed is a system for the determination of the treatment-related data for the introduction of at least one drug to the patient to be treated, which contains: at least one device for blood sampling for continuous and successive sampling of blood from the patient to obtain blood samples; at least one device for measuring blood indices for measuring the blood indices of the samples and obtaining sets of data of measurement of the blood indices and at least one calculation device for calculation of treatment-related data from the sets of data of measurement of the blood indices, in which each blood sample and each related to it set of data of measurement of the blood indices is given at least one connected with the patient first identifier and one connected with the time second identifier, relating to a moment of blood sampling, and the calculation device for calculation of the treatment-related data by means of the first assessment unit is made with a possibility of assigning at least one individual weight coefficient to each set of data of measurement of the blood indices, with the similar first identifier and the different second identifier for characteristics of weighing data of measurement of the blood index in the calculation operation, provided is the assigning device, connected with each device for measuring the blood indices, for assigning to each set of data of measurement of the blood indices third identifier, belonging to measuring equipment, assigned for particular devices for measuring the blood indices, and the fourth identifier, related to measurement accuracy; and the second assessment unit for assignment to each set of data of measurement of the blood indices, which has the similar first identifier and the different fourth identifier, of at least one individual weight coefficient for characteristics of weighing data of measurement of the blood indices in the calculation operation. Also described is a method of determining the treatment-related data for the introduction of at least one drug to the patient, to be treated.
