SUBSTANCE: device for time locking of mobile telephones includes an electromagnetic screen made from material representing silver-plated sintepon, with initial surface density of 100-150 g/m2 and electronic conductivity of 1 cm2 of at least 1.0-5 S, and it consists of a cover plate and a base, which form a closed screened volume when being closed. On inner surface of the cover plate and the base there fixed is soundproof material; with that, soundproof material of the base is equipped with cells for mobile telephones. The device also includes a generator of electromagnetic interference, which operates in frequency ranges of mobile telephones functioning, and a generator of acoustic noise of audio range, which create electromagnetic and noise acoustic interference inside the closed screened volume.
EFFECT: improving reliable locking of mobile telephones.
