FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship mooring hardware, particularly, to dampers for floating and stationary drilling platforms, dock, waterside or other structures. Proposed device comprises damping elements with high power capacity composed of elastic shells with one or several chambers filled with loose material, preferably, sand. In compliance with first version, forces from the side of mooring ship act on said elements via wide plate with surface facing said mooring ship the low power-capacity elements (elastomer coating) to prevent damaging of the ship surface. In compliance with second version, said forces act on vertical rubbing band of rubber connected with damping elements.

EFFECT: higher reliability.
