FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: anti-shock buffer device is arranged in the form of bearing flexible substrate with damper elements. Device is assembled, bearing flexible substrate is made in form of basic elastic frame made of polymer-composite elastic mesh, in cells of which are fixed elastic damping elements in form of hemispheres. Hemispheres have slot in circumferential direction, thickness of which is equal to diameter of net threads. Internal diameter of the slot is equal to the size of the mesh of the elastic net.
EFFECT: increasing resistance to impact loads, the possibility of multi-layer installation, simplifying the design and increasing the technological efficiency of installation and repair, as well as reducing the degree of damage to the vehicle and protected surfaces of structures in the event of an emergency collision.
