FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment, particularly to PDC drill bits. PDC drill bit comprises bit welded body composed of two parts, top with connection thread, wrench grooves, inner chamber and thread for assembly with body lower part. Besides, it comprises inner chamber, protective barrel with flat bottom at chamber bottom, grooves to receive wearproof mid sleeves and jet adapter for flushing fluid flow and blades with side and end PDC cutter. Contractible flat round resilient washer is arranged flat end and protective barrel and having bores mating the position of said wearproof mid sleeves. Note here that ends of said sleeved on the side of jet adapters have large-diameter ring thrust and with ring grooves on thrust top and bottom sides to fit seal rings in place mating said grooves.

EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of drilling.
