SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the rock-cutting tool, mainly of a hydromonitoring type, namely to their flushing assemblies. Flushing assembly of the drilling bit comprises the body with the channel and the socket formed with an annular bore, the nozzle with a sealing element installed in the socket and the stopper, which is located in the annular boring of the socket, and the fixing assembly. Fixing assembly consists of a plate, a latch and a protective cover. When in a working position, a free end of the latch is arranged in the slot of the plate to interact with the side wall of the plate and fixed relative to the plate by means of a screw. Protective casing is made as a cylindrical two-stage one with an internal channel, the step of a larger diameter has an external thread, which is the reciprocating female thread in the socket of the flushing assembly and, with its end face in the working position, urges the plate and the latch to the locking cut-off ring and to the nozzle. Stage of smaller diameter terminates near the end of the nozzle and, with its end face in working position, it thrusts the nozzle onto the body of the flushing assembly by means of an elastic element in the form of a sealing ring, which is rigidly fixed in the annular boring at the end of the nozzle, which interacts with the end of the stage of a smaller diameter of the protective casing. Protective casing at the output end flush with the body has at least four longitudinal through holes at a radial distance, which is equal to the radial distance to the specified screw. In at least two longitudinal through holes, cylindrical inserts are made, which are performed to be two-stepped. Step of a larger diameter of the insert extends beyond the protective casing and is made with a flat carbide plate, and the inner channel of the protective casing is made with a screw thread.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of flushing unit.
