FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil production, namely, to production of high-viscosity sand oil, and may be used to produce any formation fluid from directional and horizontal wells. The pump comprises a cylinder with a plunger placed in it and with a suction ball valve. The plunger has a hollow bushing and a valve carriage with an injection ball valve. The valve carriage is connected to a sucker rod string and a hollow bushing. The plunger is equipped with compression rings, a slide mechanism for forced closure of the injection valve. The slide mechanism comprises a slider and a pusher. The slider interacts with an inner wall of the cylinder, and the pusher - with an injection valve. The hollow bushing of the plunger is equipped with a spring, which interacts with compression rings. At the lower ends of the cylinder and the plunger there are permanent magnets. The lower end of the hollow bushing is made in the form of a cone with a circular sharp edge, and on the upper end of the valve carriage there are wedge-shaped scraper edges. The slider of the slide mechanism is equipped with friction rings or plates. The rod pump may be made with a rubber bushing placed on the hollow bushing of the plunger. The rod pump may be made with a plunger, equipped with a spiral compression spring interacting with the inner wall of the pump cylinder.

EFFECT: increased reliability and durability of operation, increased coefficient of filling and supply by exclusion of failure in operation of an injection ball valve.
