FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. The bank comprises a case, a positive terminal and negative terminal, a cooling system, a temperature control unit, capacitors compression unit and at least two capacitors coupled electrically, which cases are made prismatic-shaped of polymer material and placed in one or several rows. The cooling system comprises an air fan directing air via air intake mounted at the wall opposite to the fan location to gaps between the capacitors. Gap dimensions are limited by inserts and the capacitors compression unit placed between the capacitors, at that total cross-section of the inserts does not exceed 1/3 of total cross-section of the gaps through which air passes and the inserts are placed in parallel to air direction.
EFFECT: increase of cooling evenness and efficiency.
