FIELD: energy storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of development and operation of battery energy storage, namely to thermal regulation systems for battery energy storage. The thermal regulation system for battery energy storage includes a heat exchanger 1, a liquid cooling circuit formed by line 2, a heat carrying agent flow circuit formed by line 3, a control unit 4, a battery fan 5 and an external heat exchanger fan 6. The liquid cooling circuit line 2 connects the heat exchanger 1, the expansion tank 7, the pump 8, the heating element 9, the battery radiator 10, the coolant temperature detector 11 located at the outlet of the battery radiator, three semiconductor module cooling plates 12 for semiconductor modules 13, the coolant temperature detector 14 located at the outlet of the semiconductor module cooling plates 12, the valve 15 blocking the circulation of the coolant to the semiconductor module cooling plates, the valve 16 blocking the circulation of the coolant to the heat exchanger. The line of the heat carrying agent flow circuit 3 connects the heat exchanger 1, the compressor 18, the coolant temperature detector 19 and the heat carrying agent pressure detector 20, the four-way reversing valve 21, the external heat exchanger 22, the thermostatic valve 23.
EFFECT: increased reliability of a battery energy storage comprised of a battery and semiconductor power electronics modules with expanded surrounding temperature range.
