FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to robotic systems for retaining and manipulating surgical appliances and surgical instruments. A system for laparoscopic surgery comprises a support structure (230) accommodating at least two arms (210, 220) sliding attached to the support structure (230) and pivotally connected thereto. Each arm comprises the first element (300) and second element (400) coupled pivotally, with the first element (300) rotatably connected to the support structure (230) with a possibility to turn about a long axis (L1). The second element (400) has a connection with two degrees of freedom (550) for an instrument (900) attachment. The arms (210, 220) are independently rotatable about the long axis (L3) of the support structure (230).
EFFECT: using the invention enables providing the less complicated pattern of the system and improving the accuracy and effectiveness of spatial motion of a handle holding the instrument.
