SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a device for robot-assisted surgery. Device for robotic assisted surgery comprises at least one non-sterile robotic hand with a communication unit having at least one first transmitting means, at least one sterile unit located in the sterile area, having at least one second transmitting means, sterile cover for detachment of at least part of robotic arm from sterile area. Sterile case comprises sterile gateway, through which connection with communication unit and with sterile unit. Sterile sluice has at least one sluice valve. Gate valve in closed condition fences the first transmitting device. When the sterile unit is connected to the sterile gateway, the gate valve is changed from the closed state to the open state with the possibility of direct transmission between the first transmitting means and the second transmitting means through the hole released by the gate valves in the open state. When the sterile unit is separated from the sterile gateway, the gate valve is changed from the open state to the closed state so that the gate valve after separation separates the first transmitting agent from the sterile area. System for robot-assisted surgery, in particular for a robot-assisted remote-controlled procedure inside a sterile area comprises at least one above device for robotic assisted surgery, at least one visualization device, at least one input unit for inputting at least one input command, and a control unit. Sterile gate for connection of robotic arm communication unit with sterile unit comprises first connecting area for connection of sterile gateway with non-sterile communication unit, a second connection area for connecting the sterile sluice with a sterile unit located in the sterile area, a circumferential third connective region for connecting the sterile sluice with a flexible sterile coat to separate the sterile area from the non-sterile elements. Sterile sluice has at least one sluice valve. Gate valve in the closed state sterilely closes the hole between the first connecting area and the second connecting area. Sluice valve in open state releases the hole between first connection area and second connection area. Method for sterilization of a robot arm for robotic assisted surgery, in particular using the above robot assisted surgery device, the above robotic assisted surgery system or the above sterile gateway, in which a non-sterile robotic arm is isolated from a sterile area by means of a sterile sac and a sterile sluice integrated into the case. Non-sterile communication unit of the robotic hand is connected to the first connecting area of the sterile gateway, so that the sterile gateway valve in closed condition sterilely closes the hole to at least one first communication device located in the communication unit. Sterile unit located in sterile area is connected with sterile gateway second connection area. Valve gate valve automatically opens. Hole connects the first connecting area with the second connection area, so that a transfer unit is provided between the first transmitting device and the second transmitting device of the sterile unit. Sterile unit is separated from the second connection area, wherein the gate valve is automatically closed, and the hole is sterilized.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides the possibility of preventing the risk of crossed bacterial contamination.
