SUBSTANCE: fishing balancer comprises an elongated housing, at least two wings, bindings on the housing for fishing line and hook. The wings are hung on the side surfaces of the housing with the elements rigidly attached to it, so that they can be opened in the direction of the binding for fishing line and are made with providing of planning of the balancer when immersed in water. The ratio of the width of the wing to its length is ≥1. On the housing and/or on the wings the limiters of opening the wings are made.

EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of fishing through controlled planning of the balancer by immersing it in water.
