SUBSTANCE: invention relates to watertight containers provided with desiccant. Watertight container comprises housing, articulated cover for tight closure of container housing and desiccant store vessel arranged at container housing bottom section. Desiccant store vessel comprises inner vessel with opening at one end, desiccant stored inside inner vessel and water permeable and dust-tight sheet for sealing of inner vessel opening. Note here that inner vessel has groove made at outer peripheral wall connecting open end and lower part. Container housing has base arranged at bottom plate. Desiccant vessel is placed in container housing so that water permeable dust tight sheet abuts on said base to make the clearance between housing bottom plate and water permeable dust tight sheet.

EFFECT: higher tightness, notable decrease in fouling of container contents.
