FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, roentgenology and surgery. Multispiral computed tomography (MSCT) is performed with jejuneal and colon contrast study ensured by oral jejuneal contrast of a water-soluble contrast agent (WSCA) for 30-40 minutes. The WSCA appearance in the blind intestine is stated by performing plain topogram 40-60 minutes later. If the WSCA is not visualised in the blind intestine, the plain topogram is repeated every 30-40 minutes until visualised. The middle intestine is filled through the anus with the roentgen-negative contrast preparation - air or water, and that is followed by aspiral abdominal and small pelvis scanning.
EFFECT: method provides the one-stage completeness of all intestinal portions that reduces a radiation dose, enables differentiating the jejuneal and colon intestines and diseases thereof.
