SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to method of shoe insole manufacturing, involving band (2) at the bottom surface (B) of insole (1), running along the whole perimeter of insole with only exception of horseshoe-shaped arch along shoe back, if necessary. External edge (2a) of the band is overlapped with edge (1a) of insole (1) and attached to it so that the internal edge (2b) of the band (2) remains free for folding outwards and separating from the bottom surface (B) of insole (1). The method involves the following stages: insole (1) cutting along a plane parallel to the insole to open it from the toe to sole crest and divide into upper insole half (1c) and lower insole half (1d); attachment of band (2) from below to the lower insole half (1d) to align and join its external edge (2a) with edge (1c) of the lower insole half (1d), so that internal edge (2b) of band (2) is remains free for folding outwards and separating from the lower insole half (1d); insertion of pad layer (5) between two insole halves (1c and 1d), further compression and gluing of insole halves along their perimeter, one insole half over the other, to form laminated structure with intermediate layer (5).

EFFECT: light weight, flexibility along with durability and water impermeability.
