SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a footwear insole that contains the main part (1) intended to bear the pressure of the user's foot; the said main part (1) contains an upper wall (7), turned towards the user's foot during usage, and a lower wall (8) turned away from the said upper wall (7); the said main part has at least one deformation cavity (2, 5) that is at least partly filled with a compressible material (3, 6) permeable for a fluid medium; the said cavity (2, 5) has at least one inlet on one side (E1, E2), such inlet providing for intake of fluid medium into the cavity (2, 5), and at least one outlet (S1, S2, S3) on the other side, the outlet being separate from the inlet (E1, E2) and providing for release of fluid medium from the cavity (2, 5),; the thickness of the main part (1), while the cavity (2, 5) is unreformed, is essentially constant with possible exclusion of the perimeter, (15, 16, 23, 27) of the said plane (2, 5) and/or possible exclusion of the said inlets and/or outlets (E1, E2, S1, S2, S3), the outlet(s) (S1, S2, S3) containing a hole (18), made in the said upper wall (7).
