FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of environmental monitoring, soil science and dendrology. The method includes detection of a place, frequency, duration of soil sampling on an investigated area. For this purpose they assign sampling sites in accordance with a coordinate grid, indicating their numbers and coordinates. Besides, sampling is done with an account of a vertical structure, heterogeneity of the soil cover, area relief and climate. When investigating agricultural lands, samples are taken from a depth from 0 to 5 cm. The vertical structure of the soil cover is taken at each side separately with an account of homogeneity of the soil cover and coastal relief near the small river or its tributary in a gauging site taken perpendicularly to the river bed. At the same time the vertical structure in the form of a profile is determined by measurements from the coast edge to the point of sampling at the depth of the soil layer of 0-5 cm and the height of the soil cover from the soil surface to the lower surface of the soil cover at the border with the soil parent rock. Besides, the number of sampling sites at one gauging site and at one side of the small river or its tributary is taken as at least three. Before biochemical analysis they remove grass roots from the soil samples, measure values of biochemical indices of pH, P2O5, K2O, HNO3, the sum of mobile potassium, phosphorus and nitrogen of nitrates. According to the results of the biochemical analysis of three soil samples for the concentration of chemical substances along each vertical structure they perform statistic modelling for the detection of stable biotechnical laws.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the accuracy of soil sampling under a floodplain meadow for comparison of measured concentrations of biochemical substances in the soil cover.
