FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates methods for study of landscapes of minor rivers within a water protection band and may be used for biotechnical and biochemical evaluation of herbage in flood land meadows and for accounting for anthropogenic factors influence on grass yield. Within the water protection band of a minor river one marks a flood land meadow plot in the form of grass bands. At the end of each grass band test areas are arranged. One measures the distance from the centre of each test area to the water surface margin. After grass samples has been cut it is tested. By the testing results one identifies regularities in change of grass properties biophysical and biochemical indices.
EFFECT: improved precision of results.
