FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing a foamed composite element. The method includes a step of providing a coating layer, depositing an adhesive agent on the coating layer and depositing a layer of foam material containing polyurethane and/or polyisocyanurate on the layer of adhesive agent. The layer of adhesive agent contains modified isocyanate. The modified isocyanate in the layer of adhesive agent has, during deposition, content of free isocyanate groups from ≥10% to ≤29%. The invention also relates to use of the modified isocyanate with content of free isocyanate groups from ≥10% to ≤29% as an adhesive agent when producing foamed composite elements, and to foamed composite elements obtained using said method.
EFFECT: providing high bonding strength between foam material and coating layers.
