FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of solid polyurethane foam materials (foam plastics) by reaction between polyisocyanates and compounds with at least two hydrogen atoms capable of reacting with isocyanate groups, in presence of porophores. Method is described for producing solid polyurethane foam materials by reacting a) at least one polyisocyanate with b) compounds with at least two hydrogen atoms capable of reacting with isocyanates, and c) at least one porophore, characterised by that for compounds b) with at least two hydrogen atoms capable of reacting with isocyanates, mixture is used of b1) at least one polyether alcohol with hydroxyl number 380 to 500 mg KOH/g , synthesised by connection of butylene oxide, optionally in combination with at least one more alkylene oxide, to at least one starter compound with functional groups OH or NH, and functionality from 4 to 8 with help of basis catalyst, or b2) of at least one polyether alcohol with hydroxyl number 360 to 450 mg KOH/g, synthesised by connection of alkylene oxide to at least one aromatic or aliphatic amin, or b3) optionally at least one polyether alcohol with hydroxyl number 140 to 280 mg KOH/g, synthesised by connection of alkylene oxide to at least one starter compound with functional groups OH or NH. Also, application is described of solid polyurethane foam material, produced by above described method, as heat-insulating material in refrigerating devices, tanks for hot water storage, pipes of central heat supply systems, or in construction.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining solid polyurethane foam materials with improved mold removal properties, which show themselves in lower values of subsequent expansion.
