FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: cable assembly includes a plug shell, which inner capacity is made so that it may embody pin contacts as well as cable having a variety of conducting paths connected to the variety of pin contacts, and the connector base coupled mechanically to the plug shell by a cable. The connector base has a variety of contact pads, which are connected electrically to contact pads of the variety of conducting paths. The variety of pin contacts includes the basis to support contacts in the shell, a longitudinal rod continuing from the base and an engaging part placed at the end of the longitudinal rod opposite the base in order to engage with receiving pin contact.
EFFECT: reduction of mechanical stress during engagement with the receiving connector thus ensuring integrity and efficiency of the connector within the whole service life.
