FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, therapeutic exercises, and can be used to enlarge a dynamic fine motor range in infants. The method involves a combination of the physical exposure covering major group of the back, chest, shoulders and arms muscles. The muscle strength is developed by holding the infant's hips and abdomen with a rest against straight wrists and the body being moved in mutually perpendicular directions. The infant is assisted to do push-ups changing the orthogonal position of the wrists in relation to a long axis of the infant's body. The motions are coordinated by seating on his/her buttocks with his/her legs half-bent in a vertical direction, feet rested against the floor, arms brought backwards and the hands rested against the floor; the infant is held by his/her shoulders from the back and advanced forward; the infant moves the feet and hands forward moving on his/her buttocks. The infant's pelvis is slightly lifted up and moved forward, and the infant moves using his/her feet and hands. A reaction speed is developed by throwing a ball to the hands lifted up; the infant returns the ball behind the neck, with a throw rate, speed and distance increased. The infant catches the ball dapping from the floor, returns it off at a rate increased. The infant catches the ball of a certain colour from the number of the balls of different colours thrown at the same time. The infant taps key buttons of a musical instrument to play certain musical note, and reproduces it. The infant taps all the key buttons, reproduces the sounds and the whole scale aloud. The infant traces a curved closed contour and strokes its inside within the contour; the accuracy is evaluated.
EFFECT: method provides higher fine motor progression, increased muscle strength of the specific groups of muscles, higher reaction speed, improved coordination of movements and speech development.
