AIRBORNE VEHICLE Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC B64C29/00 B64C27/06

Abstract RU 2532443 C2

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to helicopter-type airborne vehicles. Airborne vehicles comprises rotor with hemispheres fitted on its shaft, working body receiver arranged at rotor central part and distributor abutting on rotor outer circumference. Rotor is composed of membranes fixed relative to each other with top and bottom surfaces divided by band s and air plies. Said membranes are arranged between working body receiver and distributor. The latter comprises pneumatic ring band secured at its outer surface. Rotor can accelerate airflows by boundary plies and centrifugal force. Geometrical shape of membranes composed of spheres of film surfaces is supported by airflow centrifugal force, slings and bands. Distributor blades are made of resilient strong film with bearing reinforcing thread in their leading edge.

EFFECT: increased range, decreased signature.
