FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: engine has housing with two rotors communicating through dumbbell-like jumper with grooves made in spherical surfaces of jumper parallel to blades. Guide members are installed in grooves whose axles are made in ball supports coaxially with joints of blades installed in disks. Disks are installed for rotation at different angles together with cones and are arranged diagonally in each rotor. Ball supports and spheres are secured on disks. Working surfaces of supports and spheres are mated with external and internal circumferences of cones and blades to form working spaces. Opposite pressure chambers are made in spherical surface of working rotor jumper, said chambers being connected from inner side with pipeline with fitted-in valve. Sleeves with skirts are installed from outer side. Skirts coincide in dimensions with parallel walls of pressure chambers secured by outer end faces on pressure flats adjoining by outer spherical surfaces to inner surfaces of ball support in zone of registering of its "fuel" and "air" ports with "fuel" and "air" ports in pressure flays, each port of the latter being communicated with corresponding pipeline.
