FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, and namely to oil-and-gas industry, and can be used for measurement of a profile of oil-well tubing and casing pipes of oil-and-gas wells. On each part of the housing there installed are diametrically opposite kinematic movable pairs of hinged measurement and auxiliary levers, which are equipped with supporting rollers for contact to an inner wall of the pipe and located in planes perpendicular to each other and crossing along the central axis of the housing. The measurement levers are functionally connected to their converters of linear movement to an electric signal, which are made in the form of cylindrical inductance coils arranged inside each part of the housing, and ferromagnetic bushings movably installed outside the housing parts in the action zone of a magnetic field of cylindrical inductance coils. Ferromagnetic bushings are hinged to ends of measurement levers and spring-loaded in the direction of kinematic movable pairs till stop against flanges, which are made on each part of the housing, which restrict linear movements of ferromagnetic bushings throughout the winding length of cylindrical inductance coils. Cylindrical inductance coils are electrically connected to an electronics unit arranged inside a sealed housing, which measures total intensity of the magnetic field of cylindrical inductance coils and magnetisation intensity of ferromagnetic bushings with a possibility of conversion of excited e.m.f. to electrical signals and their transfer to the well surface via a geophysical cable tightly fixed in the housing. Auxiliary levers are hinged to rings movably installed outside the housing parts and spring-loaded in the direction of kinematic movable pairs till stop into the second flanges made on each part of the housing, which restrict back-and-forth movements of rings at interaction of the auxiliary levers and the second springs. The latter are provided with allowable initial compressive force exceeding the allowable final compressive force of the first springs. The head part of the housing is equipped with a head equipped with a flange for support of the second spring.
EFFECT: reducing labour intensity of measurement of pipe profile of oil-and-gas wells The device includes a non-magnetic housing consisting of two identical parts made from non-magnetic material and connected to each other.
