SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for operation of wells with application of electrically driven borehole pumps. Valve comprises coupling and hollow cylindrical case with radial holes communicated with above-packer annulus. Case inner surface is stepped to accommodate the hollow slide vale for limited displacement therein connected with tubing and temporarily clocked by shear pins, from below, said case is connected with, for example, the spindle under said packer. Said case has lengthwise channel communicated with circular groove made at case inner surface to make the chamber. Slide valve has ledge thrusting against coupling end collar limiting slide valve displacement at its opening to make communication between slide valve and case from above-packer annulus via radial holes and central channel into tubing and via chamber with circular groove, lengthwise channel and pipe, into under-packer annulus.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of well operation.
