FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to supply enterprises and cities with electricity, heat and hydrogen. The power plant includes a source of electricity generation using renewable energy resources, the energy from which is supplied to the electrolyser that produces hydrogen and oxygen stored in storage tanks. To generate electrical and thermal energy, the scheme includes a heat engine and a peak boiler burning natural gas. With excess oxygen in the storage system, it is supplied to the engine and peak boiler, providing a reduction in the formation of nitrogen oxides. The heat of compressed gases is utilized in gas-water heat exchangers included in the circuit for removing thermal energy from the engine, and is used for useful heat supply to consumers.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the combined power plant.
