FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the area of machine building in consumer goods industry and may be used for development of systems intended for detection and removal of metal parts in textile, in non-woven base during production of synthetic leather, felt, etc. The device for metal parts detection in transferable fibrous material comprises in-series metal part sensor that includes a high-frequency generator with oscillating circuit consisting of an inductance coil and capacitance, an amplifying detector, a pulse generator, a key and actuating mechanism as well as the set unit coupled through a timer to the second input of the key, a voltage converter connected by its input to output of the amplifying detector, and in-series fibrous material liners speed sensor, a delay unit and an integrator, and, besides, two comparators, at that to the respective inputs of the first comparator the output of the set unit and output of the integrator are coupled, while output of the first comparator is connected to input of the metal part sensor, to the respective inputs of the second comparator the output of the set unit and output of the voltage converter are coupled while output of the second comparator is connected to the second input of the delay unit, and to its third input the output of the pulse generator is coupled, at that the metal part sensor input is the high-frequency generator input and the metal part sensor output is the high-frequency generator output.

EFFECT: improving reliability of metal parts detection in transferrable fibrous material and interference resistance at disturbing effect.
