The rotor blade or rotor blade element for a wind power plant comprises a surface film which has chemically reacted with hardenable resin. The rotor blade or rotor blade element additionally comprises fibrous material impregnated with hardenable resin.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at the prolongation of service life and reduction of expenditures on production and repair of a blade.
