SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an element of a rotor blade for a wind power plant, a rotor blade of a wind power plant, and to a method for manufacturing a blade of a wind power plant. Rotor blade element of the wind power plant, in particular the edge of the rotor blade, for a wind power plant, including a base comprising a fibrous material impregnated with a curable resin, and a surface film with a fastening layer located between the base and the surface film, the surface film comprising ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE). Fastening layer includes a first rubber layer and a second rubber layer, the first rubber layer being intended for a surface film, and the second rubber layer is intended for a base, the degree of vulcanization of the first rubber layer being higher than the degree of vulcanization of the second rubber layer.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the abrasion strength of the blades of the rotor blades of the wind power plant.
