SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an anchor counterbalance system for a washing machine or a washing machine with a dryer. The anchor device contains a shaped plastic tank containing a cylindrical body and/or a closing flange, at least one counterbalance (installed on the said cylindrical body and/or closing flange, with the counterbalance having a channel in the shape of a conic frustrum arranged so that the channel lower section end is turned towards the tank centre), one or several tubular cylindrical pins (capable of resilient relaxation and installed on the outside of the said cylindrical body and/or closing flange, each pin having such dimensions so that to pass, in an upward direction, into the corresponding channel shaped as a conic frustrum arranged on the counterbalance so that the pin free end is accessible from the channel upper hole) a relaxation insert shaped as a conic frustrum and inserted into each pin to impart to the pin a conic frustrum shape, the said relaxation insert representing a resilient means.

EFFECT: proposed anchor counterbalance system eliminates the necessity to use posts which enhances overall reliability of the machine and simplifies the design.
