FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for positive locking of two elements oriented perpendicular to each other. It is preferably to use the device for reliable connection and fixing of two tubular elements with quadrangular or polygonal section, which are partly limited by a U-shaped clamping collar and contain a plurality of pairs of cam slots on the surface, in this case the clamping collar, respectively, comprises pairs of complementary protrusions, projecting on the inner front side of its opposite vertical and parallel portions. The device comprises a sleeve, extending between the portions of the clamping collar and mounted by one end on an annular protrusion, which extends along the inner front side of the portions, and the opposite end of the sleeve forms the inlet hole for a screw, the end of which engages with a threaded hole, formed by the annular protrusion. The sleeve extending transversely in the tubular element extends through holes located on one line, on two opposite surfaces, starting from the hole of the clamping collar.
