FIELD: personal usage items.
SUBSTANCE: clamping device (1) for a walking stick, hiking stick, Nordic walking, or ski pole for releasable axial fixing of an insertable into an opening of the clamping device inner tube section (3). Clamping device comprises a two-component plastic sleeve (5) which is fixed to the outer tube (2) of the stick, clamping collar (16), covering and clamping the plastic sleeve, and clamping lever (4) whose arm (9) has an eccentric rolling area (8) by means of which the distance between the adjusting screw (adjusting nut) and arranged counter-surface (27) interacting therewith (with it) located on the first projection (13) can be changed to enable clamping by turning the clamping lever to the closed position.
EFFECT: length-adjustable stick and a fixing device for such a stick are provided.
