SUBSTANCE: toothbrush (100), having cleaning elements (130) configuration for better care of oral cavity and retention of tooth cleaning means. In one aspect, the invention represents a toothbrush containing the first set (140) of cleaning elements forming a loop passing from the head distal periphery to the head proximal periphery. The loop is shaped as a race track and contains the first par-elliptical wall (141) of cleaning elements on the head distal periphery and the second par-elliptical wall of cleaning elements positioned on the head proximal periphery. The par-elliptical walls are connected via the first and the second arc-shaped rows (142, 143) of cleaning elements. In one implementation version, the first and the second arc-shaped rows are positioned symmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis so that the peripheral bulged surfaces of the first and the second arc-shaped rows are turned towards the longitudinal axis.
