SUBSTANCE: retransmitting station (20) wirelessly connects to a base station (10), and a mobile station (30) wirelessly connects to either the base station (10) or the retransmitting station (20). The latter limits the radio signal receiving from the base station (10) when performing clocking, during which the signal is sent to the base station (30). The retransmitting station (20) sends the message #1 of an arbitrary access to the base station (10). The base station (10) sends the message #2 upon clocking, which is defined based on whether the message #1 source is the retransmitting station (20). The retransmitting station (20) receives the message #2 from the base station (10).
EFFECT: more seamless arbitrary access using the retransmitting station due to lower internal noise.
