SUBSTANCE: radiocommunication devices (1, 2) communicate by using a plurality of frequency bands. The radiocommunication device (1) transmits a control message to the radiocommunication device (2), by using the first frequency band, including identification information indicating the second frequency band different from the first frequency band during the random access procedure. The radiocommunication device (2) receives the control message from the radiocommunication device (1) by using the first frequency band and performs data transmission using the second frequency band indicated by the identification information included in the control message.
EFFECT: effective control using a plurality of frequency bands.
