SUBSTANCE: drill rig consists of a base with outriggers, a mast-barrel, a two-stage carriage, a pulley system with a rope and winches, tension cables, supports, ceilings with crown blocks. The mast-barrel consists of sections. The mast sections are made of tubes. Each section comprises main longitudinal reinforcement ribs, additional longitudinal reinforcement ribs, the transverse reinforcement ribs. Along the entire height of the mast there is an opening for lifting the drill pipe string. Inside the mast using the pulley system or hydraulic cylinders a two-stage carriage is moved. Each section of the mast has four windows of locking for locking the wedges of the two-stage carriage. The carriage consists of upper and lower stages, which are interconnected by two or more hydraulic cylinders and safety lanyards. On the upper stage there is an opening for the pulley system. On the lower stage there is a link for hanging the carriage on the hook block. On the upper and lower stages of carriage there are rollers and limiters of rotation with the rollers. The upper stage at the time of mounting of the mast is provided with a console with support on the rollers, a mobile platform with a barrel, hydraulic cylinder of the mobile platform. On the lower stage there is an upper drive with grip for lifting drill pipe strings, oil station, remote control with the operator workplaces, opening for access into the carriage for service personnel.

EFFECT: increased load capacity of the rig derrick, reduction of time of mounting and dismounting of the drill rig.
