FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: impeller comprises a driving disc made solid with a hub, a covering disc with a central inlet hole, and blades axisymmetrically set between the driving and the covering discs. Every blade is composed of two parts, the first part of every blade is made solid with the covering disc and located inside the first surface of revolution coaxial to the covering disc. The second part of every blade is made solid with the driving disc and located outside the second surface of revolution embracing the first surface of revolution. Each of the surfaces consists of two stages, the stages of greater diameter of both surfaces adjoin the driving disc by their edges, and the stages of smaller diameter adjoin the covering disc by their edges. The stages of smaller diameter of both surfaces have the same nominal diameters, and the axial dimensions of the stages of smaller and greater diameters in the first surface of revolution are equal to the nominal axial dimensions of the stages of smaller and greater diameters in the second surface of revolution respectively. Both discs are installed with their mutual angular position being fixed.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability and corrosion resistance.
