SUBSTANCE: protection device used for incontinence and applicable for males has the long direction and the cross direction, a front end portion with a front end edge and a back end portion with a back end edge; the front end portion has the greater maximum length in the cross direction as compared to the maximum length of the back end portion in the cross direction; side edges extend between the front end edges and the back end edge; there are also provided a clothes facing surface and a user facing surface. A tendon contact coupling aid is provided in the back end portion and has the maximum length in the cross direction of the protection device used for incontinence making from 40 mm to 70 mm, preferentially from 45 mm to 60 mm, and a length in the long direction of the protection device used for incontinence making up to 60 mm, e.g. from 3 to 50 mm.
EFFECT: ensuring more reliable attachment of the protection device.
