FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and belongs to electrophysical methods of destruction of rocks, mainly for secondary crushing of oversized rocks, and can be used for preparation of high hardness rock for further processing. Optimisation of technological modes using the mathematical model of process control is carried out by constructing a three-dimensional model of the outer surface of the oversize rock after preliminary scanning the processed surface, the calculation of the optimal values of distances, angles of slope and positioning the cassettes of optic fibre emitters at an optimal distance from the surface of oversize rock and taking into account the control mode of speed laser radiation exposure to oversize rock.

EFFECT: invention helps to improve the technical efficiency due to formation in the surface layer of the processed rock piece of spiral multi-row zones of overlapping of the laser slots providing high concentration of stresses, alternating loads and deformation during laser processing of significant surface under conditions of optimisation of technological modes using the mathematical model of process control with the construction of three-dimensional model of the outer surface of the oversized rock; increase in productivity of the process of destruction and disintegration due to formation of cassette movement directed upward-downward in the vertical plane combined with a circular movement; providing environmental security.
