FIELD: blastings, applicable for destruction of rocks, as well as of large-sized objects (brickwork, foundations, reinforced-concrete columns, waste of blast-furnace process, etc) by directive-action charges. SUBSTANCE: in the known method of oversize crushing comprising formation and placement of the main and additional charges on the surfaces of oversize exposure and subsequent initiation of the charges, the group of the main charges is placed on the surface of exposure rectilinearly, the group of the additional charges is dispersed along the surface of exposure, equidistantly on both sides of the line of arrangement of the main charge, whose symmetry plane coincides at least with the axes of symmetry of two adjacent equidistant additional charges; charges equidistant from each other by the minimum and maximum distance are arranged respectively from the line of arrangement of the main charge and peripheral section of the oversize at a distance equal to the linear dimension of the conditional lump, and successive initiation of the additional and main charges in the direction from the equidistant additional charges, the distance between which is the maximum one, to the main charge is performed; the additional charges that are equidistant from the line of arrangement of the main charge are blasted simultaneously; the main charge is blasted simultaneously with the equidistant additional charges, the distance between which is the maximum one.
