SUBSTANCE: combined wheel consists of two rows of small wheels a staggered at wheel rim. Small wheels are composed of conical pulleys combined by caterpillar tracks in elastically yielding version. Note here that pulley rotational axes can be located on common circle but no obligatorily.
EFFECT: simple manufacture, assembly and operation.
